Jill is a thought leader in strategic talent management and an experienced OD consultant. She has spent the last 20 years building her experience, knowledge and insight into what makes organisations deliver to their full potential, through working with some of the worlds most respected companies. Since founding On3 in 2010, Jill and her team have worked with a diverse range of global clients and developed a reputation for delivering insightful, innovative and impactful work. Prior to this, Jill held senior executive positions in the telecoms sector; co-founded and built a successful consulting business 7days and spent 8 years at PWC, latterly as a Director of the HR Consulting Practice
Priya supports our clients to leverage the insight they generate from Future Back in order to build effective Talent Management strategies. Covering everything from leadership development to coaching to career development strategies, Priya works with HR and talent teams to design and implement interventions which add real value. Priya also leads on Talent Bank, our online learning platform where we have a range of learning tools to support leaders to develop talent and accelerate career development. Before joining On3, Priya focused much of her career internationally, working across Europe, the Middle East, China and India in HR Director and Global Talent & OD Director roles.
Customer Success Manager
As customer success manager, Mike is responsible for ensuring our clients implement our talent-supporting technologies effectively. Mike has over thirty years of international software consulting experience, assisting numerous global companies to successfully deploy complex software solutions. As a former IT Director, Mike is also fully conversant with data protection and information security regulations that govern the storage and processing of data. Mike also manages our helpdesk, ensuring that client enquiries are properly dealt with in a timely fashion.
Head of Development
Lee has over 25 years’ experience in designing and developing innovative software applications across a diverse range of markets. Having implemented a robust, yet agile, development and QA process across our product portfolio, Lee ensures that our technology is securely designed and precisely supports our Future Back and Talent Bank methodologies. As a member of our leadership team, and working in conjunction with our Customer Success Manager, Lee maintains a close relationship with our clients – harnessing feedback to enhance product usability and user experience.
Chief Operating Officer
With over 30 years of general management and directorships, Keith has vast experience in company operations and financial control. He oversees contract management and finance at On3, ensuring that all aspects of client procurement processes and billing are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Keith maintains our professional conduct / compliance policies, such as GDPR, risk-management, and ITDR, whilst also managing strategic supplier relationships, where we mandate strict policy flow-down. Prior to On3, Keith worked at KPMG, Oracle and Merant.
